Summer Programs Application

Please complete the application and submit it at least 6 weeks prior to your visit date. The YWLA Foundation Programs & Services Committee will review requests monthly. Requests received by the 15th of every month will be discussed in that month’s Programs & Services Committee meeting. You will receive email confirmation upon review of the request.

Please be diligent in checking your emails post request.

What is required:

  • A 300–350-word essay about why this program is important to you. 

  • Program information, website, one-sheet, summary 

  • Copies of your high school transcript, and program acceptance letter (if applicable). 

  • Accurate pricing for your hotel, airfare, and car rental/gas/Uber charges, and complete the Budget Breakdown.
