Accepted College Visit Application

Please complete the application and submit it at least 6 weeks prior to your visit date. The YWLA Foundation Programs & Services Committee will review requests monthly. Requests received by the 15th of every month will be discussed in that month’s Programs & Services Committee meeting. You will receive email confirmation upon review of the request.

Please be diligent in checking your emails post request.

What is required:

  • Choose one essay prompt from below and answer the prompt in 300-350 words (in 12pt Arial font).

  • Attach copies of your SAT scores, high school transcript, and college acceptance letter (if applicable).

  • Research pricing for your hotel, airfare, and car rental/gas/Uber charges, and complete the Budget Breakdown section on the next page. Attach your research to this application.

  • Attach a 300-350 word response in 12pt Arial font about what college you would like to visit and why.
